No sorry =/ if they came from Isilme without magic or companions they cannot join with them here. You can however get magic easily from the Veins of the Gods or the contest we have going on. As for companions there's random drops every month :]

Magic Description: Small whirlwinds rise up where he steps. With lighter footsteps, he produces tiny dust spinners; however, if he slams the ground with his hooves he can produce full twisters. Flying over water causes a flurry of small cyclones to develop in his wake. All these spinners only last about 15 seconds, unless he concentrates on them.
