Windtossed Foothills

In the northeast lies a mountain range so tall its peaks are hidden by thick, fluffy clouds. At the foot of the mountains rests a sparse forest with rocky footing. At the heart of the land, a waterfall flows through the earth from the strait above, falling a long way before reaching a shallow pool. Ledges from the mountain weave around the waterfall in various places, curving behind and before the perilous spray. The mountains provide excellent shelter from the northern frosts, so this land will not experience thick snow. Instead, only few little ice patches will form against the northern edges of the trees.
