...the Tuuli.

The sky, encompassing all, is the only piece of our world that cannot be divided. The only true species of this land who have access to such an empire are the Pegasus, and together, they shall rise.

THE MISSION.

The mission is simple: gain territory and forge a Pegasus herd within Helovia.
How will this be accomplished? In order to conquer a territory, an invasion force of outcast Pegasus will need to be formed. Meanwhile, the herds will likely be developing and gaining members as well, so time is of the essence! Once a sufficient amount of members have been gathered, strategic plans will be set in place.
Who is allowed to fight? Pegasus are what the bulk of the force will be made of, but that does not mean non-Pegs can't have fun too! If you are still wanting to help the cause, you can fight as a mercenary or help as an informant. All those who help with the invasion will be proffered a place in the herd, if they are victorious.
Who is allowed to recruit? Anyone within the Tuuli are allowed to recruit others for the cause, including mercenaries. Once you have joined, feel free to find potential candidates and invite them to join!
My character is a foal, but I still want to help. What do I do? If your character is a foal, they simply have to wait until they are old enough to fight OR, if they are important to a member of the ranks for any reason, they will be protected as such. I.E. A Footmen has a child, so the Tuuli will protect them.

THE RANKS.

Leaders
Kri the Resolute, ___________
The organizers of the Tuuli will be directly in charge of all matters involving the ranks. If the invasion is successful, they will become head of the herdland. It is possible for the leaders to be replaced by popular vote of the ranks, should they fall inactive.

Generals
Voltaic the Samurai, __________
The second in command generals are responsible for war strategy, training the unskilled but willing, and will be required to fight in the invasion. These can be replaced by popular vote of the ranks or on the leader's discretion.

Informants
Thalia, Eidolan, Jackal & Dei
These are trusted spies of the force, they may be of any species. They can be removed if caught in the act of treachery, but may only be demoted by leaders.

Medics
Anumati, Farynn, Onni
Two characters of any species who have an aptitude with healing, either by their own magic or with herbs. May be demoted by leaders.

Footmen
Azzuen, Onni, Jaydan, Cassiopeia, Khrysor, Irc, Vayu
(Unlimited members)
These will be the fighters that are either under training of the generals or just regular soldiers. They have the ability to elevate their status by popular vote.

Mercenaries
(Unlimited members)
These are fighters not of the Pegasus species that wish to help the cause. If the invasion is successful, they may be granted special permission to live in the herd if they so choose. They may be elevated to the General position by popular vote, but may not become Leaders.

The Protected
Hikaru, Theia
(Unlimited members)
These would be foals or the noncombatant loved ones of the Tuuli. They hold no official rank within the force, but they still receive the same protection and offer of a home as full members.

Farynn was Chinooks mom. She's always wanted to learn healing, although her knowledge at the moment is limited. She has the ability to blind someone, which could potentially help when trying to remove or cut something, and reduces the stress on them so they don't have to see it. She's up to more learning though.

He tries hard not to touch people at all, and it usually only occurs when he is super angry and does it on purpose to learn a weakness of someone or they accidently touch. There is really no specific rank that doesn't involve direct touching, since the informants are filled.
BUTTT. Maybe he can meet Kri? If she thinks he's suitable for the cause, he can possibly take on the other lead position, which I had seen as less militant and more about relations within the group/handling relations with other herds if their invasion is successful. Kri is hotheaded and not really good at handling other people. >.> So it might be nice to have someone who is levelheaded in charge of outside relations.

UPDATES

I'm pretty sure the first round of meetings are about to come to a close. When they do, shortly after, Kri will be make a referendum call for everyone in the Tuuli. If you're wanting to join in the band, but still haven't been officially invited by someone, feel free to show up. c:
In that meeting, they will be discussing strategies, some reunions, and assigning specific tasks for members. The main topics will include:
- Potential lands for invasion based on current alliances/numbers.
- Tasks for informants.
- Practice that may be needed for Footmen.
- Possible promotions to General or Leader positions.
** I'd like to have these filled before we invade.
- Any other concerns of members.

The posting style should be kept short, for sake of sanity and movement in the thread. There will be no posting order. The way this outcast band is set up is to allow each member a voice. If you character has a want or concern, make sure they speak up.

SPARRING
Alright, so if you want some training in battle, you can sign up to spar. Currently, the only members ranked to train are Kri & Voltaic, but if you still want to teach that is great! Just let me know.

Anyone can undergo a training spar (even if you're not of militant rank), which will be a 3 round spar (or 2, if the mentor should so choose). OOC comments/training from the teacher are optional, so please specify either in your first spar post or here that you would like them.
Otherwise, it will just be practice and an opportunity to get VP!

Kri will have two training spars available at one time.
Voltaic will have one training spar available at a time.

ICly Joining
Don't forget to have your character meet a member ICly to be joined! This is not required by highly recommended. c: If you want to make the large referendum your joining point, that is fine.
