Magical abilities frequently are thought of, but often cannot be put to use with the characters we have. Rather than let such magical brilliance go to waste, you're welcome to share your ideas here on this thread, so that anyone who might be in need can peruse the abilities here to get ideas, or take them as they are. As such, you should not post abilities here if you intend to keep them for yourself.
L I G H T
Psychic abilities; mind reading, telekinesis, illusions, hypnotize, healing...
Guiding Light - Light - Shows the path to the current goal desired by the user by a light that emanates from the magic's point of origins- often the chest, or if there is a special marking of horn, that; up to the rper. Also lights up darkness. In battle, can be used to aim attacks more accurately or make it slightly easier to see in dark settings.
Shine - Light - can to turn incredibly bright all over, briefly blinding others nearby
Speed - Light x Wind - Allows user to temporarily move with incredible speed, so fast that they almost break the speed of light and, at times, can disappear briefly. If they go this fast, in their place will be a large, sort of blurry trail of light. Can be used in battle to effectively dodge attacks or swerve around opponents with rapid speed.

Toxic, curse type abilities. Generally harm others and possibly the user, usually involve taking life or energy
Killing Flame - Dark x Fire - A sweeping, cold shadow that spreads much like a forest fire would. Instead of burning the shadow, which looks like a black flame and turns to a light gray and white in the center where it burns coldest, kills whatever it touches. It sweeps across areas, leaving grass that it touches withered, plants wilted, animals choking for air, etc. When touching larger life forces or enemies in battle, leaves them feeling weak and stunned.
Soul Sight - Dark x Light - Allows user to see into the soul and body of another for a brief period of time, and thus gain understanding of their inner workings. Note that this is not mind reading- instead, it is more like a way to understand motivations. Using the power can unlock wisdom of biological tendencies built in to the other. It allows a complete understanding of why they act as they do- why they are moral, why they kill, why they are racist, etc.- and how they will respond when faced with certain situations. In battle, leaves the foe dazed/ susceptible to an attack.
Swarm - Dark x Earth - Able to summon a swarm of nearby insects to do one's bidding. Can only summon one type of insect at a time. Type of available attacks such as venom, bites or stings depends on the type of insect, but as a swarm itself act to disorient, confuse and barr the way of someone.
